Archon is a new mapping program which imports both PDFs and XMLs, and has superior data description to Palantir. It is regularly updated by Tibor (the programmer) and as an open source program, it is open to anyone who wants to contribute.
Archon works on Windows 2000, and may work on other systems but is as yet untested on them.
